now i know...


loads of people have been telling me the same thing...esp these few days. i don't feel that anything is wrong with me. i go through everyday the same way, i eat as per normal too. then someone tell me, "your face seems to have become smaller, not much 'meat' on your cheeks now. are you stressed out?"
hmmm..i don't think i am. why would i be stressed out anyway? but as the talk goes on, i guess i'm starting to realise where the problem lies. i really should work things out before things turn out in the wrong direction. its all up to me to lead myself.
