bar & runner trainee

oops..
i can't afford to slack frm nxt wk onwards.
though i worked for one wk @ siam suntec before, tt was one yr back.
starting nxt wk, i have to be under training for bar and runner.
or rather re-training?
hmmm...
kinda worried cos my wrist used to hurt everytime i finished being a runner for one day.
stationing @ the bar is fun but it's gonna be mad when it gets busy, handling drinks, desserts and billing.
soon i'll be training for caller.
i'm not really prepared for tt kinda stress yet.
but i guess i just have to face it sooner or later.
wish me luck on balancing the trays, holding hot bowls, handling the stress i'm gonna face and most importantly, my wrist.
i'll probably have much more stronger on my arms once i start working as runner.
well-built arms? eee...not very nice.
