strange, messy first wk of sch
my timetable haven't been finalised until today. it was really a joke. when i need mods, i only had 3. when i want 2 more, i got 3. then i had to decide which to drop. sighz..such a headache.on top of that, i'm down with slight fever, sore throat and cough.it makes me so giddy and confused tt i totally forgot there was a lecture yesterday morning.i was supposed to have a lecture on perfumes @ 10am but tt was the time i got up!suddenly remembered abt the lecture when i was brushing my teeth.i still happily told my mum tt my lesson starts at 4pm the day before.what a muddle-head i was!going for lectures with sore throat and cough is such a torturing thing!throat stuck yet can't cough out loudly.almost die of holding back and coughing so softly, almost like not coughing at all.in addition, i have a lecturer who talks like martin yan(the hk guy tt cooks on tv)so much for an irritated 2 hrs.level 3000 mods are really a great jump in standards as compared to level 1000/2000 mods.the lecturers speak faster, go through topic after topic at bullet-train speed.phew! it's definitely harder to catch.quoting examples are just another exercise they want us to go prove ourselves.and i have 3 level 3000 mods on hand this sem.wonder how..hmm..received a call all the way from auckland yesterday evening.quite happy and didn't really expect it.they're 5+ hrs ahead of us and it's freezing there.well, glad to hear he reached there safely.hope all the trainings will not be too tough for him to handle.counting down to 13 days later before i can see him again.hmm..tt's so long.
