i've aged...
was at west coast park yesterday. had a fun time playing all those "obstacles". was on the huge pyramid chatting away and observing all the kids climbing up and down.some kids are so...don't know to say.keep telling me 'excuse me, excuse me' when i'm not even blocking their way.we were analyzing this "ball", wondering how to climb and sit inside. abit too anxious tt when i tried to step on it, the "ball" start to swing and i fell onto a net of ropes with my leg still hanging onto the "ball".luckily didn't hit my head on the bar nearby, but got bruise on my shin and my back...haahaa, played too hard like a small kid.i'm feeling like i've aged alot. physically i mean.more prone to aches, injuries.... probably i haven't been active enough, been hiding indoors too often and not exercising enough.decided to go for sports camp during the holidays.guess it'll be super fun, and it's not very expensive too.considering that there'll be windsurfing, night cycing, canoeing, pizza fiesta, night adventura.....gonna try to jio sr and vien go...
