just some feelings
almost everybody seem to dislike ms y. they steer clear of her everytime. but i do the same too. she'll go 'oi!!' loudly for nothing. like as if everybody are doing all the things wrongly. only she can talk but not others. cos she's the one who plan the roster, if she dislikes you, you'll get to work very few shifts, which means you'll not earn much. kinda like gong shi bu fen ming lor. people wanna complain her to mr a, but always held back. i think mr a is kinda like the middle man. he wants everybody to work together harmoniously but things are not as simple as tt. people tell me 'if you're so unhappy with it, why not just quit and find another job?' i also know but again, things are not as simply as tt. i just work not long there, i don't wanna go through another readjustment so soon. besides, i just settled down and beginning to adapt to the place. i hate readjustments. let me see how things goes ok? if it becomes very very untolerable one day, i'll just leave.
